I can only accept two customized itinerary customers monthly because I want to deliver high quality and give every customer my full attention.

🗂️ Customized Itinerary Creation: I will work diligently to design a bespoke itinerary tailored to your specific needs.
📝 Unlimited Revisions: I want your itinerary to feel just right, so I’m more than happy to make any revisions necessary to ensure it meets your expectations.
👋 Follow-up Video Call: Once your itinerary is complete, we (can) schedule another video call to walk you through my suggestions personally.
What’s Not Included
🎟️ While I offer a carefully planned itinerary, complete with all the details for an easy booking process, you’ll handle the actual bookings and reservations yourself. This gives you complete control over your trip while still enjoying my guidance and personalized touch.
What Does a Personalized Itinerary Cost?
The costs for this service depend on the number of days to plan:
- 1-3 days €300
- 4-7 days €490 – most popular✨
- 8-10 days €590
- 11-14 days €750
If your departure date is within ten days, there is a surcharge of €120.
Prices are based on one itinerary for your entire travel party, I don’t charge extra for larger groups as long as every member follows the same itinerary. Surcharges will apply if you’re looking for multiple itineraries for multiple people in your travel party.

How far in advance should I book the Personalized Itinerary Service?
It’s best to book at least 6-8 weeks before your planned travel date to ensure there’s enough time for creating the perfect itinerary, making revisions, and allowing you to secure bookings and reservations.
I will try to accommodate last-minute requests. However, I only accept two custom itinerary plans per month. I must decline your request if I’m fully booked for the month.
How will I receive my finalized itinerary?
Once your itinerary is complete, you’ll receive an easy-to-follow PDF document via email, which includes activities, practical information, maps, how-tos, food and drink suggestions, and alternative options to suit your preferences and adapt to changing weather conditions. Video calls are also included to discuss the itinerary and answer any questions.
Can you accommodate special requests or interests?
Absolutely! I aim to create a tailor-made itinerary that caters to your unique interests and preferences. Please let me know about any specific requests, and I will do my best to incorporate them into your personalized itinerary.
What if I need to change the itinerary after it’s finalized?
I understand that plans may change, and I am happy to revise your itinerary even after it’s finalized. Get in touch, and I’ll work with you to make the necessary adjustments.
Can you help with booking accommodations, transportation, and activities?
I’ll create a personalized itinerary with all the necessary details for an easy booking process, I don’t handle the actual bookings and reservations. But I will provide clear instructions on how to book activities, transport, and accommodation, including direct links.
Do you provide itineraries for single travelers, couples, or families with children?
Yes! I can create personalized itineraries for all groups and ages, including families with children. Let me know your specific needs and preferences, and I’ll craft an itinerary ensuring an unforgettable experience.
Is your Custom Itinerary Service suitable for travelers with limited mobility or other accessibility needs?
Yes, I would say especially so. Europe has limitations since cities are old, with historic buildings, cobbled streets, and a less car, more transit-focused society.
