Live on the monthly call (Every last Wednesday of the month, 11 a.m. Eastern), or by email between calls.
The monthly call
One fixed slot: Every last Wednesday at 11 a.m. Eastern (10 a.m. Central, 8 a.m. Pacific). 45 minutes, recorded, shared with members. Can’t join live? Your advance question gets answered anyway.
This is a group Q&A, question by question, not per-person itinerary planning. Send your questions in advance and you are guaranteed your turn. Time is shared evenly among everyone on the call. If the group is small, there is room for more depth; that is a bonus, not a promise. Calls are recorded and shared with members; joining means you are okay with that. Questions before you join
What if I can’t make a call live?
Send your question in ahead; I answer it on the call and you get the recording. Between calls the mailbag carries on by email.
When does my access start?
When you say so. If your trip is more than a year away, pay now, tell me your timing, and your term starts when your planning does.
Is this private trip planning?
No. Calls and mailbag answer specific questions, one at a time. For your whole itinerary, book the 90-minute private planning call: ā¬149 for members.
How many people are on a call?
Few, on purpose. If you are the only member with questions that month, you have me to yourself. When it is busier, advance questions guarantee your turn.
Can I cancel?
The monthly plan cancels anytime; access runs to the end of the paid month. The 6 and 12-month plans are one-time payments: nothing renews.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes. Recordings are shared with members only, never published anywhere. Joining a call live means you are okay with being on the recording.
