Tulips As Far As The Eye Can See
Keukenhof is open from March to May, but in nature, tulips bloom for just a few weeks only, usually from mid-April to early May.
If you want to see the famous Netherlands tulip fields outside, these are the three weeks to visit.
During this time, you’ll see colorful tulips across the country when you know where to look.
And while you can see tulips around the Keukenhof gardens, the real, vast production tulip fields are elsewhere.
And that is where I will take you on a private tour, away from mass tourism.
I’ll take you to the fields in Flevoland. It’s far less crowded, definitely more local, and you’ll see endless fields of flowers.
I’ll also take to the Venice of the North: Giethoorn. Experience this beautiful village where streets are canals.
